We welcome groups of all kinds—schools, daycares, homeschool groups, camps and youth organizations—and can accommodate up to 200 participants in our dynamic ninja-style training facility.

Ninja Classes

Our youth classes focus on developing agility, strength and coordination with fun & challenging obstacles. Our adult classes offer an fun way to build fitness and master advanced skills

Parkour Classes

Focused on speed, power, and agility, parkour classes teach children to navigate obstacles efficiently, emphasizing lower body strength and movement

Aerial Silk Classes

These classes teach students how to climb and perform poses and routines using aerial silks, enhancing strength, flexibility and creativity
